Take a break with 8-Bit Pauses, a collection of classic NES-style pause sounds. These short, retro tones freeze the game action with brief jingles, ranging from simple two-note alternations to skipping arpeggios.
The samples are organized into four sound-character categories:
- Two Tone – pause sounds alternating between just two notes
- Tone Ladders – quick, standard arpeggiated pause tones
- Leaping Arps – arpeggios that skip around in sequence
- Chordal Jumps – short melodic jumps using notes from a single chord
